Heatmapping
Using tools like Hotjar we monitor the performance of your website by assessing where people are clicking, scrolling, and hovering their cursors to make informed decisions on design improvements.
This reporting is done monthly and focuses on a particular website page each time. The results of which can be used to inform website update decisions.
Website updates
Implementing the findings from a heatmapping report, adding a new module to an existing page, editing the text on an existing page (excluding technical SEO changes) these updates enable your website to be a dynamic asset for your marketing.
You will guide these updates with our team ready to implement the required changes.

Strategy differs in that we take a proactive approach to analysing what's working, what's not, and advising you on changes needed to generate better results. This may include A/B testing pages to reduce bounce rates, or improve time on page. 
New page creation
Do you plan to launch new products or service on your website? Our new page creation includes drafting copy for the page, using supplied imagery to fill it out, and running it through our 20 point checklist to ensure it conforms to best practice.
This may also include completely redesigning and rebuilding an existing page to a new design.
