Our monthly plans are built upon a foundation of quarterly strategic planning. During your quarterly planning session, we work together to map out the direction for the upcoming three months. This is your opportunity to look ahead, consider priorities, and shape the strategic direction before any monthly plans are created.

You'll have the chance to review and provide input on the quarterly plan before it's finalised, ensuring it fully aligns with your business objectives.

Once approved, each monthly plan is then developed to deliver on this agreed quarterly direction. We understand that business needs can evolve, and we're happy to make adjustments for genuinely unforeseen circumstances or emerging opportunities.

However, our process is designed for clients who are prepared to engage thoughtfully during the quarterly planning phase. Significant changes to monthly plans that arise from reconsidering decisions already made, rather than from new circumstances, can compromise delivery timelines and strategic momentum.
