HubSpot pricing ranges from free to several thousand US dollars a month, depending on which hubs you need and at what tier. The free CRM costs nothing for up to two users, Starter plans list at US$20 per seat per month, and Professional and Enterprise plans are priced per seat or as a monthly platform fee with seats included.
TL;DR
- HubSpot's free CRM costs nothing for up to two users.
- Starter plans list at US$20 per seat per month (new customers can currently get US$7 per seat on annual billing).
- Professional starts at US$90 per seat for Sales or Service Hub, and US$800 a month for Marketing Hub.
- Enterprise starts at US$150 per seat for Sales or Service Hub, and US$3,600 a month for Marketing Hub.
- Most Professional and Enterprise plans add a one-time onboarding fee of US$1,500 to US$7,000.
- Bundling hubs through the Customer Platform costs less than buying them separately.
A lot has changed since we first published this guide in 2022. HubSpot now sells most plans by the seat, has renamed several hubs (CMS Hub is now Content Hub and Operations Hub is now Data Hub), and includes HubSpot Credits to pay for its AI agents.
Below, we cover what each hub costs and the extra charges that affect your total. Prices are HubSpot's US dollar list prices as of October 2026. HubSpot shows your local currency at checkout and offers change often, so confirm figures in its pricing calculator before you commit.
Is HubSpot free to use?
Yes. HubSpot's free CRM and free tools cost nothing for up to two users, with no credit card required.
The free CRM sits at the core of every HubSpot product. It stores your contacts, companies and deals in one cloud-based database, and it syncs with Gmail and Outlook so you can log emails and add contacts from your inbox.
Every contact record shows a timeline of each interaction your team has had with that person. Free versions of each hub sit on top of the CRM with capped features, such as 2,000 marketing email sends per month with HubSpot branding.
The free tools suit businesses early in their growth or testing HubSpot before they buy. If you upgrade later, you keep the same CRM and all its data, so there is nothing to migrate.
How does HubSpot pricing work in 2026?
Your HubSpot cost is made up of the hub and tier you choose, how many seats you need, any extra usage, and a one-time onboarding fee on most Professional and Enterprise plans.
Each hub comes in Starter, Professional and Enterprise tiers. Starter is priced per seat. At Professional and Enterprise, Sales and Service Hub are priced per seat, while Marketing, Content and Data Hub charge a monthly fee that includes a set number of Core Seats.
The main cost drivers are:
- Core Seats: edit access across the hubs you own. Extra Core Seats start at US$45 a month on Professional and US$75 on Enterprise, and all Core Seats are priced at the highest tier in your account.
- Sales and Service Seats: role-specific seats that unlock tools such as sequences, forecasting and help desk features.
- View-only Seats: free on paid plans, for people who only need to see records and reports.
- HubSpot Credits: a monthly allowance that powers AI agents and some automated features. Extra credits cost US$0.01 each, and unused credits do not roll over.
- Onboarding: a required one-time fee on most Professional and Enterprise plans.
Annual billing is cheaper than paying monthly, and Enterprise plans are only listed with annual pricing. HubSpot also offers discounts for eligible startups and not-for-profits.

Marketing Hub is also priced on marketing contacts: the people you send marketing emails and ads to. All other contacts can be stored for free as non-marketing contacts, up to 15 million contacts in total. Extra marketing contacts are bought in tiers, and the cost per contact falls as your tier grows.
Once you choose a contact tier, you cannot downgrade it until your contract renews. You can switch individual contacts to non-marketing status at any time (HubSpot updates their status monthly). You can also set up a Maximum Marketing Contacts limit in your settings, which is the easiest way to control costs.
Your monthly email limit is five times your contact tier on Starter, ten times on Professional and twenty times on Enterprise. Professional and Enterprise also now include HubSpot's AEO tool, which tracks how your brand appears in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
How much do Sales Hub and Service Hub cost?
Sales Hub and Service Hub cost US$20 per seat on Starter, US$90 per seat on Professional and US$150 per seat on Enterprise, per month on annual billing.

Because these hubs are priced per seat, your cost scales with the size of your team. Five Sales Hub Professional seats come to US$450 a month on annual billing, plus the US$1,500 onboarding fee in your first year.
Not everyone needs a paid seat. Managers who only review dashboards can use free View-only Seats, and staff who need edit access without sales or service tools can use Core Seats.
Sales Hub Professional adds sequences, forecasting, custom reporting and up to 300 workflows, while Enterprise adds conversation intelligence. Service Hub Professional adds a knowledge base, customer feedback surveys and customer health scores, and calling minutes rise from 500 a month on Starter to 12,000 on Enterprise.
How much do Content Hub and Data Hub cost?
Content Hub and Data Hub both start at US$20 per seat on Starter. Content Hub Professional starts from around US$450 a month and Data Hub Professional from US$720 a month, billed annually.

Content Hub (formerly CMS Hub) is HubSpot's website and content platform. It covers the drag-and-drop website builder, secure hosting, blogs and landing pages, with AI content tools and more advanced SEO features at higher tiers.
Data Hub (formerly Operations Hub) connects your other apps to HubSpot, syncs and cleans your customer data, and automates business processes. Enterprise adds two-way data warehouse integrations with Snowflake, BigQuery and AWS S3.
Both hubs work well alongside Marketing or Sales Hub. Cleaner data makes segmentation and reporting more reliable, and a HubSpot-built website feeds visitor activity straight into your CRM.
Is a HubSpot bundle cheaper than buying hubs separately?
Yes. HubSpot's Customer Platform bundles every hub at one tier for less than buying them individually.
- Starter Customer Platform: US$20 per seat per month list (US$7 new-customer offer), with 500 credits.
- Professional Customer Platform: US$1,300 a month annually (US$1,450 monthly), with six seats and 5,000 credits.
- Enterprise Customer Platform: US$4,700 a month, billed annually, with eight seats and 10,000 credits.
For comparison, Marketing Hub Professional and Data Hub Professional alone come to US$1,520 a month, which is more than the entire Professional bundle.
If you only need two or three hubs at different tiers, HubSpot's pricing calculator lets you build a custom bundle instead. Smart CRM and Revenue Hub (formerly Commerce Hub, for quotes, billing and payments) can also be bought on their own.

Which HubSpot plan should you choose?
The right HubSpot plan depends on which teams will use it, how many people need edit access, and how many contacts you plan to market to. Most small businesses start on the free CRM or Starter, then move to Professional once they need automation, reporting and a larger database.
The list price rarely tells the whole story, as seats, contact tiers, credits and onboarding all add to your first-year budget. Map out your team size and database first, then run the numbers through HubSpot's pricing calculator.
