What is HubSpot?

The HubSpot CRM is a Customer Relationship Management platform for businesses to convert leads, manage customer interactions, automate processes, close deals, integrate customer data, track sales funnels, monitor communication, and more. 



HubSpot includes a range of tools to make your job easier, broken down into different hubs for varying business needs. These include:

What is Content Hub?

Launched in April 2024, HubSpot Content Hub has replaced the CMS Hub. The new version is far more than just a CMS, providing extensive web analytics, powerful website design, content marketing management, generative AI, and content production tools. After 6 months of using the content tools, customers report a 99% increase in inbound leads. 

In a nutshell, Content Hub is a specialised content marketing software to create and manage your marketing content in one centralised place. AI content creation

With HubSpot’s integrated AI, Content Hub allows you to generate copy for blog posts, images, voice-driven content, and more. Entire campaigns can be created, scheduled, and published. HubSpot is now experimenting with AI-driven video generation as well.

Lead capture tools

Using HubSpot forms, workflows, and email sequences, you can sync leads with your CRM. You can also personalise your assets with the form data and use thousands of field types to customise the appearance and functionality of your form. 

Podcast hosting

You can create podcasts by uploading pre-recorded audio files or using AI-generated audio. If you have Content Hub Professional, you can create up to 5 podcast shows with a maximum of 1,000 episodes per account. If you have Content Hub Enterprise, you can create up to 50 podcast shows with a maximum of 1,000 episodes per account.

SEO recommendations

In the SEO tool, you can scan all live pages for recommendations on search engine optimisation (SEO) to increase organic traffic to your website. Recommendations are organised according to their impact on your site, the technical difficulty of resolving them, and suggestions on who is best positioned to resolve them. 

Reporting and analytics

The AI-powered reporting and smart analytics make it quick and easy to track your content’s performance. This also allows you to make informed decisions to adjust your strategy and generate more leads. 

Content distribution

HubSpot has over 1,400 integrations with other tools and applications, including WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and MailChimp. This makes it easy to distribute your marketing content however you like, including social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
